SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping: Insured shipping within the continental United States is free for purchases made from Kentshire. Return shipping for domestic orders is $125, and customers must contact Kentshire prior to shipping their return(s) back to us, so we may issue a shipping label and packing instructions, as per our carrier's insurance requirements. The purchaser is responsible for the full value of an item should they send it back to Kentshire using their own shipping service, and any loss will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your returned funds, according to the type of payment you used at time of purchase. We ship all domestic packages via UPS next day air with an adult signature confirmation required.

International Shipping: International shipping will be billed at the actual cost of shipment, depending on carrier and customers preferred shipping method. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. All packages shipped by Kentshire are fully insured for their purchased price. All shipments must be made to your billing address with an adult present to sign for the package.

Most purchases are shipped to arrive within three business days of receipt of the order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. First-time purchasers are required to provide us with official government identification from their place of residence, and further information may be required to verify the safety of the transaction.

RETURN POLICY

All domestic orders for items that have not been customized or altered can be returned for a refund, minus $150 return shipping fee and any applicable credit card fees, within 7 days of receipt. If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us at 212.421.1100 or info@kentshire.com within 3 days of receipt to discuss the return or exchange. For domestic USA returns, customers must contact us prior to shipping their item(s) back to us, so we may issue a shipping label and packing instructions, as our shipping carrier requires items to be double boxed and labeled using a label which we provide.

International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that Kentshire might incur by receiving the return. International clients must reach out to us within 7 days of receiving their shipment to initiate a return, and the piece must be received by Kentshire within 14 days from the date of return notification by client.

All merchandise returned to us because of non-deliverability will be credited back to you minus transaction costs–credit card processing or bank fees–and the cost of shipping and handling.

Pieces purchased at trade shows or art fairs are sold as is and are final sale. Installment purchases are non-refundable and require a 25% deposit, after which the balance is due within 90 days of invoice; if the balance is not paid in full after 90 days the item will be returned to stock and all funds paid to date will be forfeited. Special or custom orders, as well as resized or altered items are final sale. Buyer must pay any applicable use tax in their state of residence.
