An antique 19th century gold pendant of Maltese cross design comprised of cabochon garnet quatrefoil clusters and suspended from a dotted white enameled bail, in 18k. Each cluster is centered by a rose diamond and set in gold closed-backed claw settings with engraved stylized flowers on the verso. Maker's mark for Phillips Brothers, London on the bail.
